Pediatric Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes during 8–12-hour shifts, managing complex medical needs including ventilators, G-tubes, and seizure activity. Assess patient conditions, administer prescribed medications, and complete accurate clinical documentation while collaborating with physicians and caregivers. Maintain current Texas LVN licensure, CPR certification, and valid driver's license with auto liability insurance. Minimum of six months of pediatric home health experience required. Flexible day, night, and weekend shifts available throughout the Greater Houston area with competitive hourly pay plus differentials.
