Pediatric Home Care RN/LPN

Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients in their homes, performing assessments, medication administration, and trach/vent management per the care plan. Collaborate closely with families and the care team while delivering therapy and conducting required documentation. Earn up to $55/hour as an RN or $42/hour as an LPN, with weekend and overnight differentials available. Full-time staff receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus split over six months, plus health insurance, paid time off, and paid training.
