Pediatric Home Care RN/LPN Night/Weekends

Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients in their homes, including assessment, medication administration, treatment, trach/vent management, family education, and documentation. Work one-on-one with patients and families while collaborating with the care team. Maintain active New Jersey RN or LPN licensure and current CPR/BLS certification. Enjoy weekly pay via direct deposit, weekend and overnight differentials, and a sign-on bonus.
