Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home for an infant with G-tube, trach, and ventilator needs. Monitor respiratory status and ventilator function, follow physician orders and care plans, administer medications, maintain accurate and timely charting, and communicate effectively with family members and the clinical team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and high-quality in-home pediatric care. 2-3 days/week schedule with a consistent long-term case, offering opportunities for ongoing clinical education and training.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Pediatric home care experience preferred
- Experience with G-tube, trach, and/or ventilator care preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to patient home
