Pediatric Hi-Tech Registered Nurse (RN)

Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide quality care in accordance with physician orders. Develop realistic plans of care for patients and caregivers, then implement nursing interventions and procedures to ensure safe, effective care. Evaluate care outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and perform patient education on medication side effects and discharge instructions. Pro-actively advocate for patient care issues and coordinate care with physicians and team members. Receive monthly patient visit schedules from a supervisor and notify them of changes in a timely manner. Requires prior acute care experience and a valid Vermont RN license.
