Job Summary

Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist sought to join Phoenix Children’s Division of Hematology/Oncology/BMT as a full-time clinician-scientist. Responsibilities include direct inpatient and outpatient patient care, subspecialty consultations, diagnostic/therapeutic procedures, teaching, and participation in clinical research. The role supports program development and engages with multidisciplinary clinics (including hemophilia and congenital bleeding disorders, immunohematology, and sickle cell/thalassemia programs) with emphasis on patient-centered care, quality/safety standards, and education of trainees. The candidate should be board eligible/board certified in pediatric hematology-oncology and collaborate with teams to advance division-wide and hospital-wide initiatives; opportunities exist for research and programmatic growth within the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Phoenix Children’s. The position requires after-hours or night call responsibilities as needed and a commitment to aligning with the center’s mission of hope, healing, and excellence in clinical care for children and their families.
