Job Summary
Provide comprehensive medical care for pediatric patients with hematologic and oncologic diseases; collaborate with the Division Chief on strategic planning and program development; participate in 24-hour on-call coverage; engage in Performance and Quality Improvement initiatives; work with nursing leadership on policy development, patient satisfaction, and clinical initiatives; serve as an educational resource for nursing staff, residents, fellows, hospitalists, and community physicians; participate in medical/surgical committees; develop, supervise, and contribute to research projects within the division; ensure timely and accurate completion of professional billing documentation; respond to patient surveys and grievances related to quality of care.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
- Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, academic, and leadership skills
