Job Summary
Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist at Beacon Children’s Hospital to join a busy, community-based pediatric hematology-oncology practice in South Bend, IN. The role includes outpatient care with inpatient coverage, a collaborative team of 2 board-certified pediatric hematologist-oncologists and a nurse practitioner, involvement in clinical program development, and opportunities for medical student/resident education and clinical research. The program serves a diverse pediatric population with blood disorders and cancers, strong oncology and hematology services, and active collaboration with regional centers. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Pediatric Hematology Oncology
- board certification in hematology-oncology or eligible per ABMS
- licensure to practice medicine in Indiana or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana
- ability to participate in medical student/resident education and clinical research
- inpatient and outpatient pediatric care experience
- collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
