Job Summary
Join Beacon Children's Hospital as Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist to care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with blood disorders and cancers. Practice includes outpatient clinic and inpatient service with support from a pediatric hospitalist team; call shared among physicians. Opportunity to contribute to clinical program development, participate in limited medical student/resident education and clinical research, and collaborate with Riley Children's Health. Strong regional collaboration with academic centers and subspecialties; hospital affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine @ Notre Dame and Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency. Beacon’s transplant/oncology program operates within a high-volume, university-affiliated care network and offers a comprehensive benefits package including relocation allowance where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Pediatric Hematology Oncology
- MD/DO from an accredited institution
- board certification in pediatric hematology-oncology or eligibility to obtain certification
- ability to obtain licensure in Indiana
- teaching/education capability for residents and medical students
- participation in clinical research preferred
