Job Summary
Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist needed to join a busy community-based pediatric hematology-oncology program. The physician will work in both outpatient clinics and inpatient services as part of a team that includes two board-certified pediatric hematology-oncologists and a nurse practitioner. The program cares for infants through young adults with blood disorders and cancers, with an oncology component treating 30-40 patients in active therapy and a sizable off-therapy population. The role includes opportunities to contribute to clinical program development, participate in resident/student education and clinical research, and collaborate with Riley Children's Health and regional academic centers. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE pediatric hematologist-oncologist
- MD/DO degree in pediatrics or internal medicine with subspecialty training
- board certified or board eligible in pediatric hematology-oncology
- eligibility to obtain or already hold medical licensure in Indiana
- ability to participate in teaching and clinical research
- willingness to participate in inpatient and outpatient care and call rotation
