Job Summary
Pediatric float RN responsible for bridging hospital-to-home care for medically complex children. Provide care coordination and education as families transition from hospital to home, working across a range of ages and technologies in a home- and hospital-based setting. Role requires travel in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, full-time schedule with days, overnights, and weekends. Must have pediatric RN experience (minimum 3 years) and be able to manage complex pediatric needs (e.g., trachs, ventilators, g-tubes). Sign-on bonuses: $5K for day shift and $10K for overnight shift. Responsibilities emphasize educating clinicians, building trust with families, and ensuring safe, supported transitions home.
