Job Summary
Pediatric Hospital-to-Home Nurse roleFloat between hospital and home to support medically complex pediatric patients in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Full-time position with days, overnights, and weekends; travel statewide as needed. Requires an RN with at least 3 years of pediatric experience. NEW bonuses: $5K Day Shift, $10K Overnight Shift. You’ll educate clinicians, build trust with families, and help transition clients safely from hospital to home across a wide range of ages and medical technologies (e.g., trachs, ventilators, g-tubes).
