Job Summary
Float nurse bridging hospital and home for medically complex pediatric patients; serve as a bridge between hospital and home by educating clinicians and families, coordinating care, and supporting transitions to home. Expect a wide range of ages, medical technologies, and families across shift types (days, overnights, weekends) with statewide travel as needed; role emphasizes direct patient care, education, and care coordination in a home-based pediatric setting. RN with minimum 3 years of pediatrics experience required; sign-on bonuses of $5K for day shifts and $10K for overnight shifts. Base hourly range $45-$50, with compensation based on license, experience, qualifications, hours, and acuity.
