Job Summary
Pediatric Expanded Function Dental Assistant needed to support our hygiene group and assist hygienists with pediatric and special needs patients. Responsibilities include seating patients, coronal polishing, taking x-rays, recording clinical notes, explaining treatment to parents, instrument cleaning, and supporting digital imaging and charting. Must pass a background check, hold EFDA licensure, have X-ray Certification, and demonstrate intermediate computer skills. Experience with pediatric and special needs patients preferred. Clinic operates Monday-Thursday with school-year and summer hours, plus Friday. Benefits eligible for qualifying candidates.
