PEM physician with fellowship-trained PEM background to join Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. Practice high-quality pediatric emergency care as part of a multidisciplinary team in a 9-bed ED with 1,544 clinical hours/year and dual faculty appointments in Emergency Medicine & Pediatrics. Roles include clinical care, education, quality improvement, and clinical innovation; opportunities in IT, clinical pathways development, medical education, simulation, and research. Compensation includes a starting salary of $350,000, with a fellowship stipend during training, a $100,000 forgivable recruitment loan, relocation assistance, tail malpractice coverage, and CME allowance. Requires MD/DO and PEM fellowship with board eligibility/certificate. Geisinger offers a family-friendly Danville community with easy access to major cities.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
