Job Summary
Board-certified/eligible fellowship-trained Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join the St. Luke's Children's Hospital PEM team in Bethlehem, PA. The role supports the Pediatric Emergency Department with current 11 AM–9 PM (10-hour) shifts and a plan toward 24/7 coverage, in a high-volume regional system that cares for over 320,000 patients annually. The department is backed by pediatric trained nurses 24/7, an expanding 6-bed unit to 10 beds in Fall 2026, EM residents for shift support, and a broad pediatric subspecialty network. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible fellowship-trained Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician
- Pediatric residency
- EM resident support presence or collaboration
- Experience working in a high-volume emergency department (preferred)
- Teaching, research, quality improvement opportunities (preferred)
