Job Summary
Pediatric ED RN 7p-7a Part Time at Wellstar Paulding. Night shift RN in a Magnet-designated ER, performing nursing process, individualized patient care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities include patient-centered care, interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and adherence to evidence-based practice; plays a role in teaching/mentoring and supporting performance improvement. Requires active RN license in GA (or compact), BLS/PALS/TNCC/ACLS, and a minimum of 5 years RN experience. Education path includes Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Bachelor’s preferred; sign-on bonus eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Georgia (or multi-state compact)
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- TNCC - Trauma Nurse Core Course
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Minimum 5 years RN experience
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) with Bachelor's preferred
