Job Summary
Provide personal care support to pediatric clients on the autism spectrum and with behavioral health needs in a home-care setting. Assist with daily routines and activities, support positive behaviors and emotional regulation, offer companionship, engagement, and encouragement, and create a safe, patient, and supportive environment. Requires prior direct support or behavioral health experience; must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and successfully pass a background check and drug test. Schedule includes Monday–Friday 10:00–12:30 and/or weekends 10:00–4:30, with pay rate of $22/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Prior direct support or behavioral health experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
