Job Summary
Lead nursing operations with 24-hour accountability across inpatient, outpatient, or ambulatory settings, managing safety, quality, risk, and patient advocacy. Direct all registered nurses and healthcare providers while overseeing recruitment, retention, performance reviews, and professional development. Execute strategic, financial, and human resource management plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring legal compliance and evidence-based practice. Coordinate care delivery, optimize patient outcomes, and foster a healthy work environment through collaboration with stakeholders and community leaders. Maintain a Master's degree in nursing leadership and hold current Florida RN or multistate licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida RN or multistate license
- Current American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider course completion

- Master's degree in nursing leadership, management, policy, or administration
- Professional certification in nursing administration or other relevant management or applicable specialty
