Job Summary
Diagnostic Psychologist role focusing on pediatric neurobehavioral assessments (including autism, ADHD, learning disorders, anxiety, depression, and disruptive behavior) with telehealth delivery and use of AI-assisted report writing. Conduct comprehensive team-based evaluations, administer standardized assessments via telehealth, draft and refine diagnost ic reports with recommendations for treatment and service eligibility, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, stay current with best practices, and ensure HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping. Requires a doctoral degree in psychology, active licensure in NM or CO (or willingness to obtain), 2-3 years of pediatric evaluation experience, expertise with ASD/ADOS, telehealth proficiency, strong written and verbal communication, EHR familiarity, and ability to work bilingually in Spanish and English. Preferred PSYPACT member for interstate telehealth and a commitment to delivering family-centered care in rural communities.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed psychologist in good standing in at least one operating state (New Mexico and/or Colorado) or willing to obtain licensure
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience conducting comprehensive child evaluations
- Strong foundation in evidence-based assessment practices for ASD and related conditions (including ADOS framework)
- Experience with telehealth assessment
- Proficiency in electronic recordkeeping systems (e.g., EHR)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Preferred PSYPACT member for telehealth across state lines
- Commitment to cultural competency and family-centered care
