Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive skin consultations by evaluating patient conditions, utilizing medical history for assessments, and prescribing medication for diverse pediatric and adult populations. Perform non-invasive surgical procedures and consult patients regarding their skin health status. Refer patients to advanced specialists as needed. This role operates within a Patient Centered Medical Home model, partnering with primary care in local clinics, surgery centers, and urgent care centers across New York, New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
