Job Summary
Manage a comprehensive pediatric practice delivering preventive, restorative, and sedation dentistry with a focus on growth and development monitoring. Perform procedures including stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, space maintainers, and special healthcare needs care across five locations. Utilize nitrous, oral, and in-office IV sedation protocols with third-party anesthesia support for pediatric patients. Deliver approximately 60+ patient visits daily within a four-day work week that excludes evenings and weekends. Earn 30% of collections with no carve-outs, ranging from $350K to $450K+ for Pediatric Dentists or $200K to $300K+ for General Dentists. Receive medical, dental, vision, malpractice, and retirement benefits alongside a $1,200 annual CE allowance and relocation assistance.
