Job Summary
Provide comprehensive diagnosis using x-rays and instruments to infants, children, and adolescents, then communicate treatment plans to patients and guardians. Advise families on preventative care and oral health services while collaborating with other dental professionals to carry out treatment. Participate in monthly overnight training sessions during the first year and advance clinical skills through continuing education opportunities supported by Heartland Dental. Demonstrate clinical excellence by following state dental board rules, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
Required Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree
- Current dental license in state of WI
- Completion of pediatric dentistry residency program or certificate in pediatric dentistry
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Ability to travel overnight to training sessions once a month during your first year of employment
