Job Summary
Provide full-scope pediatric dental care in a Federally Qualified Health Center, collaborating with a 4-hygienist and 5-dental-assistant team to deliver preventive, restorative, prosthetic, oral surgery, and limited periodontics services. Role supports a patient-centered, team-oriented practice with typical daily caseload of 16–18 pediatric patients, Monday–Friday, within Worcester, MA, in a full-time schedule with 8:00 AM–6:30 PM (Fri: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM) hours. Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in community or public health dentistry and a passion for serving children and families in a community health setting.
