Job Summary
Pediatric Dentist sought for a 3–4 day/week full-time role in Germantown, TN, within a growing pediatric-focused practice part of a larger multi-state organization. The provider will serve as solo/primary clinician delivering high-quality pediatric dental care with independent decision-making in a kid-friendly environment, supported by strong operational infrastructure, mentorship, and marketing resources. Desired candidates are experienced in pediatric dentistry or general dentistry for children, possess an active Tennessee license (or ability to obtain) and an active DEA license (or ability to obtain), and may require relocation/licensure. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate during ramp-up or a percentage of collections, with signing/relocation incentives, equity partnership opportunities, comprehensive benefits, paid malpractice insurance, and opportunities for leadership and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school or residency program
- Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Successful completion of a U.S.-accredited pediatric residency program (preferred)
- Open to candidates requiring relocation and/or licensure
