Job Summary
Provide exceptional pediatric dental care in a supportive, friendly environment focused on making every visit comfortable and enjoyable. Deliver clinical services with full autonomy while utilizing non-clinical administrative support. Engage in continuous education through an external CE development program covering specialties like dental implants and endodontics, and participate in one-on-one mentorship. Maintain clinical autonomy without emergency call requirements. The role offers a $1,500 daily rate for the first six months, earning 33.5% of net production, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree, a Pediatric Dentistry residency, and valid DEA and CPR/BLS certifications. Immediate inclusion in the Employee Stock Ownership Program and company-paid professional liability insurance are included.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program (typically 2-3 years)
- Current, valid dental license to practice in the state or ability to obtain
- DEA certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Successfully passed a background check, including a drug screen
