Pediatric dentist needed in Baton Rouge, LA for a full-time role with strong production potential and hospital-privileges. The position involves full-scope pediatric dentistry with in-office care and hospital days, including oral conscious sedation (currently 1 day/week with potential to expand). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–3:45 PM, with a strong preference for 4–5 days per week (3 days/week considered for the right candidate). Practice features 8 operatories, robust support staff, and a collaborative environment. Requires DDS or DMD, completion of Pediatric Dentistry residency (board eligible), active Louisiana dental license, and Louisiana Personal Anesthesia Permit for Moderate Sedation. Compensation includes 34% of net production and a $1,200 daily guarantee for the first 90 days.
