Job Summary
Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, high-quality care for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia. Perform dental restorative and exodontia procedures, treating approximately seven patients during a typical OR day. Collaborate closely with anesthesia and surgical professionals to support positive patient outcomes while maintaining a patient-centered approach focused on safety, quality, and compassionate care. This full-time role offers a schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays, allowing you to work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a growing ASC environment dedicated to accessible pediatric dental surgery.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Pediatric Dentist with appropriate state dental licensure
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Current BLS certification
- AHA or equivalent PALS certification (within 6 months of hire)
Desired Qualifications
- National Board Certification
- Comfortable practicing across a range of anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional pediatric patient care
