Job Summary
Lead the pediatric dental office by overseeing daily operations, guiding and supporting the team to deliver outstanding patient experiences, communicating warmly with patients and parents, and helping patients feel informed and confident in their care. Requires strong leadership, knowledge of dental treatment planning and insurance, ability to train and mentor staff, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow leadership capabilities and make a meaningful difference for children and families.
Required Qualifications
