Job Summary
Manage a pediatric dental practice serving infants, children, teens, and special needs patients in a collaborative, owner-led environment. Deliver exceptional clinical care while building meaningful relationships with patients, families, and referring doctors. Work closely with Dr. Shep Sittason to foster clinical confidence and long-term career growth through hands-on guidance. Earn competitive compensation of $1250–$1400 per day or 35% of net collections, whichever is greater, plus a $25,000 sign-on bonus.
