Pediatric Dental Assistant -West End

Provide chairside assistance to dentists; take x-rays; stock, organize, and disinfect operatories; ensure instrument sterilization and infection control; review the doctor’s schedule daily and prepare for patient appointments with needed supplies; input treatment plans; maintain timely scheduling and coordinate with front desk; manage lab tracking and ensure all lab work is ready for appointments; assist with ordering supplies and collaborate with the doctor scheduler on schedules and follow-ups with patients for needed treatment; assist administrative staff as needed. Must have X-ray certification and BLS certification. Preferred: 1 year pediatric dental experience or completion of a dental assisting program. Strong communication, time management, confidentiality, attention to detail, and teamwork are highlighted as core competencies.
