Job Summary
Experienced Pediatric Dental Assistant needed for Little Pearls Pediatric Dentistry. Must love working with children, be dependable and compassionate, and be ready to join a positive, caring team dedicated to creating a positive dental experience for every child. Position offers full-time hours (office open Mon, Tue, Thu 8:00–4:30 with additional monthly opportunities for in-office anesthesia days), PTO accrual, and full dental benefits for employee and dependents. Preferred certifications include CPR/BLS and Nitrous Training. Female-owned startup environment with updated technology and a calm, coastal-inspired space dedicated to healthy smiles. Location: Manchester, MO. Compensation between $19-$26/hour depending on experience.
