Pediatric Critical Care Transport Nurse (Springfield)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate pediatric and newborn patients during critical care transport. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Educate patients and families on illness management, injury prevention, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Maintain a constant state of alertness in this safety-sensitive position. Full-time, 36-hour week with 12-hour day/night rotation, on-call, and weekend/holiday shifts.
