Job Summary
Conduct clinical intakes, bio-psycho-social assessments, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents. Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on emotional regulation, social skills, and behavioral management. Provide parent coaching and family consultation to support progress outside sessions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs, and ABA Therapists. Maintain clinical documentation and patient privacy in accordance with United States healthcare standards. Requires a Master's or Doctorate degree, valid unrestricted licensure, and experience working with children. Full visa sponsorship is provided for the initial one-year contract, with a target start date of July 1, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or a related mental health field from an accredited institution
- Experience working with children
- Native or professional English fluency
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted state or national license to practice independently (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist)
- Proof of licensure
- A clean disciplinary record
- Initial 1-year contract
- 2–3 year professional commitment
