Job Summary
Conduct clinical intakes, bio-psycho-social assessments, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents. Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on emotional regulation, social skills, and behavioral management while providing parent coaching and family consultation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs, and ABA Therapists to ensure holistic care, and maintain clinical documentation adhering to United States healthcare standards such as HIPAA compliance. Requires a Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health fields, along with experience working with children and a valid unrestricted state or national license to practice independently. Full visa sponsorship is provided for the initial one-year contract, with relocation support and housing assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or a related mental health field from an accredited institution
- Experience working with children
- Native or professional English fluency
- Valid, unrestricted state or national license to practice independently (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist)
- Clean disciplinary record
