Job Summary
Full-Time Pediatric Counselor at a private pediatric clinic in Yokosuka, Japan. Responsibilities include conducting clinical intakes, bio-psycho-social assessments, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents; developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focusing on emotional regulation, social skills, and behavioral management; providing parent coaching and family consultation; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, ABA Therapists) to ensure holistic care; maintaining HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation and patient privacy; visa sponsorship and relocation/housing support are provided. Required Qualifications
