Pediatric COTA – Clinic-Based Position

Job Summary
Provide pediatric occupational therapy services under supervision, implementing individualized programs to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, strength, range of motion, mobility, self-care, and functional independence. Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques while accurately documenting patient treatments and outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, SLPs, PTs, and nurses to ensure comprehensive care, building positive relationships with children and families. Maintain compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and professional standards. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available with weekday, after-school, and Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
