Pediatric Clinical Nursing Instructor (Part-Time)

Implement the College's philosophy and curriculum by planning clinical experiences and providing direct supervision of nursing students delivering care in inpatient settings. Evaluate student performance based on course objectives, provide documented feedback, and offer remediation as required. Develop written clinical assignments, correct homework and tests, and orient students to agency policies while maintaining current knowledge through collaboration with clinical personnel. Contribute to program development, assessment efforts, and retention initiatives, serving as a professional role model in communication and collaboration.
