Pediatric Clinical Manager (RN) - Registered Nurse

Coordinate care for children ages birth to eight years in a center-based setting and provide direct patient care when needed. Assign staff to classrooms, review nursing documentation for quality assurance, and collaborate with physicians to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and improve outcomes. Lead and mentor nursing staff through education, support, and professional development while engaging with children in classroom activities. Track infections, update care plans, and review chart audits to ensure medical needs are met. Full-time, salaried position Monday through Friday with daytime-only hours; relocation bonus available.
