Job Summary
Part-Time Visiting Professor role at Chamberlain University focusing on nursing education and clinical teaching for nursing students. Responsibilities include implementing curriculum objectives, supervising and evaluating nursing students in clinical settings, developing and posting clinical assignments, providing remediation and feedback, teaching didactic content under supervision, and contributing to program development and student satisfaction. Requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing, professional nursing licensure in IL or IN, and at least 2 years of pediatrics nursing experience. Compensation per assignment will vary by education and experience, with in-person campus teaching at Tinley Park, IL; Northlake, IN; Munster, IN; and Crown Point, IN. Remote options are in-person only.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing Required
- Professional Nurse licensure is required in the state of IL or IN
- 2+ years experience within last five years in the practice of Pediatrics as a registered nurse
