Pediatric Clinical Development Director ((Non-MD)

Pediatric Clinical Director leads field-based pediatric site engagement for Internal Medicine pediatric programs across the United States, partnering with global development leads and study clinicians to identify and engage pediatric sites, accelerate startup, optimize recruitment, and resolve site-level issues to protect enrollment momentum. Responsibilities include proactive site feasibility, virtual and in-person engagement, protocol interpretation and operational feasibility, and bidirectional communication of site insights to inform study execution and risk mitigation. Requires extensive experience in pediatric clinical research, proven ability to engage children’s hospitals and pediatric networks, and the autonomy to travel and work across geographically distributed sites. Travel is significant; role emphasizes field leadership, relationships with investigators and institutions, and delivery of pediatric trial performance within a field-based Pfizer development environment.
