Job Summary
Site Nurse Practitioner in Warren, NJ responsible for conducting thorough patient intakes, screenings, and assessments, providing ongoing education to families, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members. Tasks include medication management within approved protocols, placing orders and screening tests, delivering nutrition evaluation and dietary support, and collaborating with pediatric neurologists and pediatricians to address attention, sleep, headaches, and challenging behavior. Requires 24+ months pediatric outpatient experience, ability to prescribe pediatric medications, ADIR/ADOS proficiency, and an active license with cross-state licensure as needed. Salary range $141,000-$176,000 with bonus, stipends, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 24 months in pediatric outpatient practice (pediatric or family nurse practitioner)
- Experience prescribing medication in pediatric outpatient setting
- Proficiency in ADIR/ADOS diagnostic evaluation (Gold standard)
- Current and unrestricted license and/or certification to practice within clinical domain; ability to obtain cross-state licensure as indicated
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and related office procedures)
