Job Summary
Lead a startup outpatient pediatric clinic as Clinic Director and Investing Partner (PT/OT/SLP license required). Oversee clinical and non-clinical operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems to scale the clinic. Drive program development and ensure high-quality patient care while partnering on location selection, team building, and business development. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state
- Pediatric therapy experience highly preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent), state licensure in respective discipline, pediatric therapy experience preferred
