Job Summary
Lead startup pediatric outpatient clinic as Clinic Director & Investing Partner with Ivy Rehab for Kids. Focus on clinical care for children (PT/OT/SLP) while building the business side—marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, and growth. Operate under a structure that provides salary with a path to equity in YOUR clinic, and collaborate with the Ivy Rehab network for strategic support, location selection, recruitment, and business development. Requires licensure in PT, OT, or SLP and graduate credentials, with emphasis on leadership, entrepreneurship, and pediatric therapy expertise. Location determined by clinician partnership; startup clinic open to new locations with a focus on rural/urban community impact and scalable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required
- Pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred
