Job Summary
Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, workflow, and facility management while leading a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care. Monitor productivity, financial performance, and operational metrics; support front and back office functions including administrative coordination and billing. Foster a positive, collaborative culture and ensure compliance with clinical, operational, and regulatory standards. Support business development, physician relationships, and community outreach while maintaining a consistent in-person leadership presence Monday through Friday. Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline if applicable. Partner closely with regional leadership to drive clinic growth and operational success.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management experience within a healthcare or clinical setting
- Experience overseeing clinic operations, team performance, and daily workflow
- Ability to independently manage operational responsibilities in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships with staff, patients, families, and community partners
- Availability to maintain a regular in-person clinic presence Monday–Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Active or eligible PT, OT, SLP, or BCBA license
- Previous clinic director, outpatient operations, or healthcare management experience
- Experience managing financial metrics, staffing, and clinic growth initiatives
- Experience overseeing outpatient pediatric clinics providing both medical health (OT/PT/ST) and behavioral health (ABA) services
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical or healthcare leadership experience preferred
