Job Summary
Lead and grow an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic as Director and equity partner in Sterling Heights, MI. Provide clinical leadership across physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services, while overseeing business operations such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, and team development. Partner to build and scale a pediatric clinic—managing startup activities, location planning, and recruitment—while delivering patient- and family-centered care. Requires licensure in PT, OT, or SLP and a track record of leadership or growth in pediatric rehabilitation; the role offers salary as Clinic Director, equity in the clinic, bonuses, CEU funds, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred
