You will lead the clinical operation and growth of a start-up clinic while partnering equity-wise; focus on patient care and family outcomes with Ivy’s support for business development, marketing, contracts, and systems. Requirements include a degree in PT, OT, or SLP from an accredited program and current or pending state licensure in the respective discipline. The role emphasizes leadership, clinic setup, and collaboration with Ivy Rehab’s resources (training, residency program, in-house business school, CEU funds, mentorship, and growth opportunities). Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state
