Job Summary
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under supervision to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and sensory integration for children and young adults. Provide interventions that support functional independence goals while educating families to ensure carryover in daily routines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, document care in an electronic medical record system, and monitor patient progress to report updates. This role offers full-time or part-time flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and CEU reimbursement within a clinician-led culture.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Current CPR certification

- At least 1+ year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
- Home health experience
