Job Summary
Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for pediatric caseloads; administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations; collaborate with BCBA and Special Educators on fine motor, visual motor, and sensory needs; maintain communication with lead supervisors and coordinators; apply behavior management strategies and behavior intervention plans during sessions; maintain accurate attendance and billing logs; create and maintain schedule; collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly; provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Licensure
- Minimum of (1) year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and their families.
