Job Summary
Supervise children and provide personal care assistance, including feeding support and age-appropriate play activities. Assist with homework, transport clients to appointments, and manage medication reminders where permitted. Perform light housekeeping related to the child and maintain accurate visit documentation. Communicate regularly with parents while supporting children with special healthcare needs such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays. Ensure child safety and supervision at all times. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Authorized to work in the U.S. with Level 2 background screening. Preferred qualifications include HHA or CNA certification, CPR and First Aid, and experience with special needs or pediatric therapy. Assignments located throughout West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. Competitive hourly pay of $20.00–$25.00 available for PRN, part-time, and full-time roles with flexible scheduling.
